System 25 Gravity Conveyor Track
Clean lines having no projecting spindles. Rollers are spring-loaded for easy addition or removal and have hexagonal spindles. Rollers are also fitted proud of the track enabling wider loads to be carried. Frames are pre-punched at 25mm centres allowing the addition or removal of rollers at a later date. Rollers are finished bright zinc plated the framework is finished powder coated blue. As can be seen from the schematic wide ranges of accessories are available including Bends, Gates, Roller ball transfer units, End stops and Powered belt sections. Prices of which are available on request.
Please note if designing your own conveyor to ascertain the correct roller pitch required, you must have at least three rollers in contact with the load at all times. Capacities for each roller diameter is stated below. Loads without a rigid base should be conveyed on a flat tray.
Where gravity movement is required the gradient should not exceed 1 : 25
